How do we select prints?
We constantly review catalogs and offerings from the major worldwide print publishers. Prior to adding any prints to our site we evaluate a sample of each print to certify quality of both the print and the paper.

Do you have more prints than are on your web site?
The print categories on our site represent the most popular prints available to the general public. However, the site does not represent all the prints we carry. If you are looking for something special, please use the "Contact Us" form and we will try to accommodate your request.

How do you ship prints?
In most cases prints are shipped flat. If framing is involved then the frame will include plexiglass. For orders picked up at the Gallery the frame will contain glass. Shipping artwork framed in glass is very difficult because of the potential for breakage.

How do you charge for shipping?
Our shipping policy is FOB - Milwaukee. Charges for shipping are based on the actual cost of shipping based on destination and weight.

What if I want a different kind of matting or framing?
The matting and framing listed on our web site is the most often requested by our customers. However, we carry hundreds of different matts and framing. Simply call us and we will work with you to create the kind of presentation you desire.

How can you sell so inexpensively?
We purchase in large volume and pass these savings on to you with reduced retail pricing.

Do your prints come in different sizes?
Most decorative art prints come in only one size. A few come in various sizes and this is always indicated on the web site. Fine art is generally produced in only one size. The size indicated represents the outside dimensions.

Is ordering from your web site secure?
Our web store is protected by Verisign, the worlds leading encryption specialists. In addition, we do not give or sell any customer information to anyone for any purpose.

How long does it take to deliver my order?
We stock most of the prints listed on our site. Customized work is usually shipped in 2-3 weeks.

Can I have something I already own framed?
Yes, we are a full framing operation. Normal costs will be charged based on materials and time.
